SILVERLAND
MALBEC 2015
This wine represents the whole SILVERLAND concept with total coherence: intense, but elegant and forward with subtleties throughout. Deep ruby colour, intense aromas of ripe red fruits, with layers of spices and subtle vanilla from the oak ageing. It has fine tannins that confer elegance and authenticity to its firm structure. Aged in American oak for 12 moths.

Harvest: | Between 3rd & 4th week of March, hand picked and transported in small bins. |
Soil: | Sandy with rocky subsoil |
Climate: | Semidesert with great temperature range. Continental with low rainfall (250-300 mm per annum). Vineyards have a great sun exposure. |
Winemaking: | Produced at Las Invernadas, winery owned by Menin Family. Winemaker Ricardo chose the best Malbec grapes for the profile of SILVERLAND. Classic fermentation at 20-25 C in stainless steel tanks, long maceration and natural malolactic fermentation. Cold stabilization and light filtration prior to bottling. |

SILVERLAND
CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2015
Represents with total coherence the whole concept; intense but elegant and forward with subtleties through all the transit. Deep red color with black notes. Intense aromas of spices, green pepper and hazel nuts. In the palate presents round and firm tannins with dark chocolate and velvetty olives mixed with layers of spices and subtle vainilla from the oak ageing. Elegant while firm for a long ending. Aged in american oak for 12 moths.
